The bountiful beauty of the ocean gave rise to one of the most tasty and naturally healthy styles of food. We opted to create a catering
menu that could include the amazing flavors of the ocean. Using recipes from island communities such as Australia, New Zealand, and the
Mariana, we have brought the dishes of the distant seas home to San Diego. We can be as basic as a shrimp cocktail with ceviche or have
our chefs prepare from a nice selection of different fish to be served over rice or veggies with our well known specail balsamic vinegarette
salad.
