15 Nov Cuvier Club Event: The Samantha and Matt wedding!
This past weekend one of our very special couples got married at the beautiful seaside Cuvier Club Wedding among their 150 guests. It was a presented buffet, so we made sure the food was delicious and 5 star service was given for everyone that attended. We surprised the newly weds with a pianist for the cocktail hour. It really gave a sophisticated element to the cocktail hour. Samantha had also gave me free reign to assist in decor and set up for the wedding and with that trust were able to create a beautiful colorful setting for the newly weds and their guests. We at The Abbey always try to make each and every wedding different from the next. As we all know, food is one of the most important highlights of the evening. The guests are always hungry and always looking forward to a hot and delicious meal. Samantha and Matt decided to have a presented buffet for them and their guests. They provided a delicious carving station of filet mignon entree with olive oil, aromatic herbs, and butter. This was accompanied by provincial vegetables and salmon en croute with creamy garlic truffle mashed potatoes. Our main goal at The Abbey is to make the experience beautiful and eventful. We always make a buffet just as beautiful as the guest tables and the rest of the venue. We try to tie in colors, linens, and décor to the buffet line that will make the experience both beautiful and tasty. If you are not having a sit down dinner, your guests will really love the experience of our buffet and all that it has to offer. Keep an eye out for our next event!
