The Abbey team is skilled in executing perfect events. Not every event happens under the ideal circumstances but they are trained to deliver. This was for this particular weekend when our Abbey team lead by Captain Warren C. created a perfect dining experience at a construction site. The Sixth Annual Physician Awards for the Palomar Pomerado Health Foundation took place on-site of their new hospital. The challenge; execute a perfect dinner service for 200 guests with a mobile kitchen. The kitchen rallied with the strong presence of Executive Chef Matt at the helm, and appetizers flowed freely to the waiting guests. Dinner was timed to perfection and allowed for all guests’ satisfaction in just 24 minutes. This was a true success for the Abbey team, showing their ability to satisfy in out of the ordinary circumstances while still delivering the quality that The Abbey has built its reputation on.
