Hosting via a Private Venue

Vicky and Elisa just celebrated their 20th anniversary. They chose to have their celebration in their own private house.  When clients chose a private venue it is important to have a vision ; but always make sure that you think the whole thing through. For example, how big is your house and backyard and can it handle the guests anticipated? It is necessary to make sure that your place can handle any events that are scheduled for that celebration and any surprises that may come up; such as extra guests, a bar, the DJ or band and the list goes on.

It is always important when the decision is made that you keep in contact with the coordinator or captain for the event.  We are here to help your vision come alive and be very successful.  Another thing is to anticipate the weather.  Plan accordingly for the season, such as summer with the heat and direct sun.  Spring, with cool temperatures and possible showers. Fall, where the weather has a chill in the air at night, the day is mild and the days have less sunlight or winter where its best to always monitor the weather for rain and cold temperatures.  You might need to have tents and space heaters to supplement.  Also make sure that your house will be able to accommodate a transition, just in case of weather. Of course people will always be going in and out of your home as well, so make sure to try and accommodate your guests in every possible way.
